Mora

An AI assistant that understands Egyptian Arabic

Mora is an AI assistant made for Egypt. It understands voice notes and messages in Egyptian Arabic, English, a mix of the two, and Franco (Arabic written in English letters), and turns them into tasks and reminders. It replies in the language you use, and the app has a full Arabic, right-to-left interface.

The way people really talk

Most assistants expect formal Arabic or clean English. In Egypt people say "fakarny bokra el sa3a 5", "ابعتلي الـ report قبل الضهر" or "after maghrib". Mora is built and tested on exactly that.

Egyptian time, understood

Days and times as people say them: "بكرة", "بعد بكرة", "الحد الجاي", "آخر الشهر يوم الحد", "الساعة ٨ بالليل". Times tied to prayers — "after asr", "before fajr" — are set from Cairo prayer times. "The weekend" means Friday and Saturday, as it does here.

Replies in your language

Write in Arabic and Mora answers in warm Egyptian Arabic; write in English and it answers in English. You can switch the app between Arabic and English in Account.

Questions

Does Mora understand Franco?

Yes. Messages like "fakarny akalem mama delwa2ty" are understood like any other message.

Can I mix Arabic and English in one voice note?

Yes. Mixing the two is normal, and Mora handles it.

Is Mora only for people in Egypt?

Mora is made for Egypt first: Egyptian Arabic, Cairo time and prayer times, and an Egyptian phone number to sign in.
